How to Login to Clever.com
Clever.com is an educational support website that provides schools with data integration and single sign-on abilities, which makes it easier for schools to clever login access, choose and utilize various software applications made available by educational software developers that are used by their teachers and students.
In doing so, Clever not only creates a centralized online community that is administered by professionals within the field of education that work among the site`s administration, but also provides access to more than 200 different educational applications that education professionals and students from schools across the United States utilize on a regular basis. The following information is provided specifically for the purpose of Clever login.
When it comes to signing up for membership with Clever.com, there are four different options that you can choose from in terms of what type of account you`re registering with. After clicking on the “Sign Up“ link at the upper right-hand side of Clever`s home page, the first option is for district administrators who wish to get their district set up with access to Clever`s many services. In order to do so, you`ll need to enter your district`s name, your first and last name as the district administrator, your role (position) as administrator, your email address and phone number and your SIS type.
Another option is for students or their supporting family members who wish to sign up with Clever. On the educational support level, there is also an option for teachers or school administrators who are looking to sign up for access to Clever login`s services not only for their own benefit as educators, but also as a way to help stay on the same page with their students and whatever services the students are accessing through Clever. In order to set up these accounts, your district must first be registered with Clever by a district administrator.
If it`s not, you can go to the sign-up page and fill out the fields provided which give you the option of letting Clever know who you are, what district you`re from, who your district administrator is and why you would like your district to register with Clever. On the same page is a preview of an email with your information that will be sent from you, through Clever login, to your district administrator, inviting them to consider everything that Clever has to offer.
The final sign-up option is for application partners. In order to sign-up for a developer account, you`ll need to provide your name and contact info, including your role with the development company. You`ll also need to set up a secured password and provide your company`s name and website, your application name and URL, how many schools you`re in and how you heard about Clever. To complete the application, you`ll also need to agree to Clever`s Terms of Service.
Once you`re signed up, once you`ve clicked on the“Log In“ link also in the upper right-hand corner of Clever`s home page, there are also four different options available to you for login, depending on what type of account you have. As as administrator, simply enter the email address you provided when you signed your district up, followed by the password you chose during the initial sign-up process.
As a student, family member, teacher or school administrator, you`ll have one of two options on the actual log-in page. You can choose your school from the list of registered schools provided on Clever`s database, or you can sign in with a Clever login badge that is available to students at schools within each registered district. Each badge will have a special code that can be utilized for sign-in simply by choosing the badge sign-in option that`s provided on the log-in page, then holding it up in front of your webcam.
The final option for login is for developers. As a developer, just click on the “Log-In“ link, then enter your email address and password.
As a student, family member, teacher or school administrator, it`s not necessary to enter a password when you log-in to your school`s account. However, if you are a district administrator and you forget your password, simply provide the email address you used when you set up your school`s account and the password will be reset. If you`re a developer and you`ve forgotten your password, enter your email address and Clever will send you instructions on how to reset the password to your account.
